• Train Crew (Conductors & Locomotive Engineers) Experience preferred
• Maintenance of Way Laborers & Machine Operators

• Lead Carman: Join our Car Repair Department as Lead Carman in Fort Smith or Springdale. At least four years of experience is required. We are looking for self-starters to perform freight car inspections and related maintenance. Solid knowledge of AAR and FRA rules, codes, and reporting a must. Other railroad operating experience a plus.
